Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and other departments to ensure that all customer needs are met.
Build and maintain a positive and productive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members to ensure that they are meeting and exceeding performance expectations.
