Perform General Office Duties

Order supplies

File maintaining for Invoice, purchase bill and delivery challan

File maintaining for tax (GST) and Income tax

Follow with customers for processing of Quotation and payment

Review Invoices

Customer management via Mail, Calls and What app

Sorting plus distributing incoming correspondence

Responsible for ensuring all transaction documentation is accurate.

Coordinating with transporters for material despatch
