• Perform General Office Duties

• Order supplies

• File maintaining for Invoice, purchase bill and delivery challan

• File maintaining for tax (GST) and Income tax

• Follow with customers for processing of Quotation and payment

• Review Invoices

• Customer management via Mail, Calls and What app

• Sorting plus distributing incoming correspondence

• Responsible for ensuring all transaction documentation is accurate.

• Coordinating with transporters for material despatch
