Key Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Documentation: Manage and maintain all company documents, contracts, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for the team, managing calendars and travel arrangements.
Support: Assist various departments, including sales, marketing, and project management, with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation for team meetings and management reviews.
Customer Service: Provide excellent support to clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
10 years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices.
Experience with CRM and project management tools.
