Key Responsibilities:
• Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
• Documentation: Manage and maintain all company documents, contracts, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for the team, managing calendars and travel arrangements.
• Support: Assist various departments, including sales, marketing, and project management, with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation for team meetings and management reviews.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent support to clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• 10 years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and practices.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
