Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring our office environment's smooth and efficient operation. This role requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills to support various departments and personnel within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

2. Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.

3. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and hard copy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

4. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

5. Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff members, ensuring timely attendance and effective use of time.

6. Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.

7. Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office or other software tools as required.

8. Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.

9. Team Support: Support other departments or team members as needed, including assisting with projects, conducting research, or performing other tasks as assigned.
