Job Description

Position : Office Admin

Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad

Duration : Contract to hire for a period of 1 year

Working days : Mon-Sat

Work from Office!!

Job description:-

Active participation in Vendor management.

Responsible for maintaining admin records.

Coordinating the internal activities of the organization like supervising housekeeping operations.

Maintaining all office supplies like stationery, Pantry stuff, supplies, etc.

Retrieve, communicate and update all the invoice details every month.

Receive, redirect and maintain all the incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers, bills, vendors, supplies..etc.

Maintaining strong relationships with vendors.

Travel Bookings.

Working closely with the Finance team and assisting them with Accounting and Book Keeping activities.
