We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support.

Responsibilities:

• Draft professional and effective business correspondence including letters, emails, and proposals to vendors and other external contacts.

• Maintain a well-stocked inventory of office supplies, marketing materials (such as business cards and sales brochures), and other essential office equipment.

• Coordinate effectively with the sales team to assist with scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.

• Perform a variety of general office tasks including managing calendars, filing documents, answering phones, and greeting visitors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Additional Information:

• Location: Khar West, Mumbai

• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
