We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support.
Responsibilities:
Draft professional and effective business correspondence including letters, emails, and proposals to vendors and other external contacts.
Maintain a well-stocked inventory of office supplies, marketing materials (such as business cards and sales brochures), and other essential office equipment.
Coordinate effectively with the sales team to assist with scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and other logistical needs.
Perform a variety of general office tasks including managing calendars, filing documents, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
Qualifications:
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise correspondence
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Location: Khar West, Mumbai
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: - to 3 lac CTC
