Job description

1. Basic & advance accounting

2. Process Bills & payments

3. Issue Purchase orders & follow ups & co-ordination with transport for safe delivery to warehouse

4. To get deliveries in time from vendors

5. Co-ordination with QC & packing for reports & requirements

6. scanning & Dox collaboration

7. compliance & Taxes

8. all accounts related work & filing

9. co-ordinate with CA & Professionals for all returns

10. Inward Logistics

Skill(s) required

1. good communication skills,

2. Self Correspondence.

3. Typing Speed : 40 . minimum (Must)

4. Telephone Etiquette

5. Listening Skills

6. Negotiation Skills

7. follow up skills

Knowledge required

1. Word, Excel, ERP & cloud accounting software

2. Accounting & Compliance (advance)

3. Taxation & IT returns

4. Knowledge of Gujarati is must

Benefit :

Salary + Commission of % on export turnover (approx 8000 ~ per month), (subject to terms)

Salary: ?15, to 20, per month (in Hand)

Job Type: Full-time 10 am ~ pm - Monday to Saturday

Location : at Thane Station
