Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Posting accounting entries in Tally for purchases, expenses, fixed assets, and other financial transactions.

Managing and recording the petty cash transactions.

Maintaining proper documentation and ensure accurate filing of all data in Tally/SAP.

Entering the production-related entries into the system.

Maintaining the fixed assets register.

Ensuring the TDS and GST compliance.

Preparing and sending the monthly GST report, including RCM job work details, summaries, and in-and-out transactions.

Following up with GST non-filers for timely filing or initiate actions to stop payments.

Conducting the creditor scrutiny for creditors.

Identify and ensure timely payments to MSME creditors within the specified time limits.

Verification of the stock entries, both physically and in the system, to ensure accuracy.

Preparing and maintaining the MIS Reports

Coordinating and providing the necessary details to auditors of the company.
