Roles and Responsibilities
Accounts
Record all transactions accurately and reconcile accounts
Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other reports
Perform cost and general ledger analysis
Complete tax audits ensuring compliance
Preparing and entering invoices, bills, checks etc.
Examine financial discrepancies
Manage payroll functions systems
Consult management on financial strategy
Admin
Act as a first point of contact to external vendors and guests, directing them to appropriate offices.
Respond to calls and emails within the stipulated time or forward them to wherever necessary.
Answer all queries professionally as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.
Organize office operations and processes, such as assisting with payroll, expense reports, handling correspondence, and supporting HR-related tasks.
Coordinate office repairs and maintenance. .
Take corrective actions and ensure financial objectives are met.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.
