Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with other departments.
Monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with budgeted amounts.
Taxation & Compliance:
Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
Comply with regulatory requirements, including audits and tax-related documentation.
Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
Inventory & Asset Management:
Oversee inventory valuation and ensure proper tracking of stock levels.
Manage fixed assets register and depreciation schedules.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements in financial processes and systems.
Enhance internal controls to safeguard company assets and data integrity.
General Accounting Duties:
Reconcile bank accounts and ledger accounts regularly.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with employee benefit regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
