An Odoo techno-functional consultant is responsible for both the technical esans functional aspects of Odoo ERP .They are equally important to the implementation process as functional of their responsibilities include

• Business Process Analysis : Conduct business process analysis and prepare a business process study sheet

• Mapping Business Processes : Map business processes to the Odoo application

• Gap Analysis : Prepare a gap analysis document

• Customization : Customize and configure Odoo modules based on client needs and best practices

• Documentation : Provide documentation for tasks needing development.

• Training :Train key users and create end user manuals and training videos.

• Testing: Test the application and conduct an initial test of the developed functionality

• Project Management : Conduct go – live readiness assessment report project status to the steering committee and conduct status meetings

• Data Migration : Develop data migration scripts and executed data migration

• Security :Validate security

• Database Design : Design and develop data models and database architecture

Other responsibilities may include :Interacting with customer teams,creating SRS/BRD documents ,Communicating verbally and in writing and maintaining awareness of new technologies .
