The Supervisor plays a vital role in Setting the goals with the team and make sure to comply with the companys plans and vision, Work towards team development & focus on companys objective. Ability to manage and lead the team to achieve goals is the key.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing Promoters/Advisors/Activity Assistant
o Training to ensure that promoters/advisors are trained for their specific roles.
o Validate & Plan the deployment plans of the Promoters/Advisors & Counsellors
o Daily check timely reporting of team members at the store.
o Responsible for performance of team members.
o Organize workflow of Team and ensure that Team understand their duties
o Work on budgeted target & help/demonstrate the team to understand how to perform and achieve targets and goals.
o Build good rapport with store manager / department manager.
o Handling store level issues regarding stock, sampling activities, or any other issues of team and updating the same to immediate Superior.
o Any other operational activity related to Store.
o Ensure Promoters vacancies are filled.
o Managing team members.
o Conducting refresher training & monthly meetings.
Reporting Responsibility :
o Preparing Weekly Report, Checking Promoters Daily Report, Counsellors Weekly Report, any other report demanded by immediate Superior/HO and sharing the same.
o Preparing monthly Attendance and incentives sharing the same with HO and HR Team along with other HR issues if any.
Overall Responsibilities:
o Recruit, Interview, orient and train new employees as per the policies.
o Joining formalities & documentation of new NA are completed & couriered to Employer before Promoter/Activity Assistant/Counsellors is deployed in store.
o Keeping tab on attrition &closure/documentation required in Exit formalities.
Qualifications:
o Minimum 5 Yrs of Experience in FMCG/Consumer Industry.
o Minimum graduate in any stream.
o Good computer knowledge.
o Basic Nutrition knowledge will be an advantage.
