Finalize monthly roster for all departments (OT, IP, OPD) with approval of Clinical In-Charge. Arrange alternate staffs at times of emergencies and ensure smooth functioning of the OP, IP and OT.

Oversee and plan human resource requirement, Co-ordinate with Clinical In-Charge and Branch In-Charge, ensure adequate staffing to meet patient needs. Assist HR in screening and selecting candidates.
