### Key Responsibilities:

1. **Patient Care**:

- Assess patients' health conditions, monitor vital signs, and record medical information.

- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections as per doctor's orders.

- Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and other therapeutic procedures.

2. **Support for Doctors**:

- Assist physicians during medical procedures and exams.

- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies for treatment.

3. **Patient Education**:

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and recovery processes.

- Provide emotional support and ensure patients' comfort.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

- Report any changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team promptly.

5. **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the safety, hygiene, and cleanliness of patient environments.

- Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases.

6. **Collaboration with Healthcare Team**:

- Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to provide the best care.

- Attend team meetings and provide input into patient care plans.

7. **Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage patient admissions and discharges.

- Assist in organizing patient files and other necessary documentation.
