Operational Skills required
Should be fluent in English. If knows Japanese, will be added advantage.
Assisting doctors and assist in planning and execution of excellent patient care.
Draw blood samples (Paediatric & Adult) and send them for investigations.
Recording vital parameters of the patients & monitor
Taking RBS, ECG, and monitoring of the patient (s) with cardiac monitors.
Ensuring all emergency medicines and all equipment are in stocked in the clinic.
Patient Relationship Management -Assisting, guiding, and educating patients.
Follow-up enquiries with Patients for their condition through Messages/calls or mails..
Guiding Patients for Admission in Hospitals for secondary and tertiary care etc.
Strick compliance with Medical Record keeping in EMR software.
Follow-up with TPAs and query management
Knowledge and Strict adherence to updated international healthcare guidelines of NHS (UK), CDC (US) and WHO.
To interact with CLOs / Concerned persons within clientele segment through electronic media and phone call etc. to promote the services at D Care
Administrative and coordination skills required:
Checking inventories, medical devices and requisition of supplies.
Monthly inventory management, indenting, stock keeping, record keeping, asset keeping etc.
Nursing documentation . Prescriptions, tests, medication etc. in the record, Patient record keeping etc.
Orientation to junior nursing team members etc.
Must be able to communicate with patients and team members effectively and be conversant with communication approaches over the telephone, and via electronic media. A Senior Nurse should listen well and support mutual understanding.
Data-driven and well-versed in MS Office, Email and electronic media, etc.
BSc. (Nursing) with at least 10 years of similar experience
Must be registered with Delhi Nursing Council.
Working hours and days: 6 days ( Mon-Sat) 9 AM – 6 PM
