Overview :

Patient care: Providing efficient nursing care, including administering drugs and treatments, and attending to patients' comfort and toilet needs

Patient records: Checking and recording patient care records, including diagnosis, condition, and treatment

Ward management: Keeping the ward clean and maintaining relationships with patients, relatives, and staff

Patient care standards: Establishing policies and protocols to achieve high patient care standards

Nursing efficiency: Improving nursing efficiency by ensuring cooperation between departments

Liaison: Acting as a liaison between nursing staff and upper management, and between physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators

Compassion: Having compassion for patients and their families

Patience: Being patient with difficult patients

Communication: Having excellent verbal and written communication skills

PROFILE: ALL HEALTHCARE/MEDICAL INDUSTRY

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
