Skills and Qualifications:

1. Should have GNM certificate.

2. Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

3. Knowledge of relevant nursing care.

4. Multi-tasking skills and should have good interpersonal skills to manage patients and colleagues.

5. Effective oral, written, and reading communication skills, to convey and explain a diagnosis or treatment plan to a patient accurately and concisely.

6. Understands the legal implications of patient care.

7. It's an added advantage if a candidate has worked as ENT Nurse before.

Job roles and responsibilities

1. Should assist the doctor in surgeries in major hospitals in Bangalore.

2. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.

3. Maintains work operations by following policies and procedures.

4. Protects the organization’s value by keeping patient information confidential.

5. Engage in housekeeping tasks such as replacing linens on beds, cleaning patient rooms and removing and replacing trash bags.

6. Should be caring and compassionate.

7. Serves and protects the Clinic community by adhering to professional standards, Clinic policies, and procedures.

8. Enhances nursing department and clinic reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
