JOB DESCRIPTION: As a nursing assistant, your duties would include:

Providing primary medical care to patients while focusing on their hygiene, nutrition and safety

Helping patients in their daily activities, such as bathing, grooming and eating

Assisting patients in incidental activities, such as getting out of bed, moving around the ward and undertaking self-care activities

Making environmental modifications, such as clearing clutter, adjusting the bed height, removing obstacles and ensuring access to mobility tools, to help in patients' mobility and promote independent living

JOB OVERVIEW: A nursing assistant is responsible for providing basic care to patients and supporting healthcare staff. Key duties include:

Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Taking vital signs and monitoring patients' health.

Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.

Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Transporting patients and assisting with mobility.

PROFILE: NURSING ASSISTANT

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Permanent

Full-time (240 days including holiday).

This is an annualized role so hours worked may vary from month to month.

The salary will be paid monthly.
