Qualifications:
MUST have a bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
Must have started a VISA SCREEN certificate process (this is basically authenticating their credentials)
Must have passed the NCLEX exam - this is a nursing exam for international hires
Must be ready to take an English exam (IELTS - like TOEFL) if they don't already have this
Must have atleast 3 years of experience working in a large hospital (trauma/acute care)
We can take Nurses who have Medsurg, ER, or any other experience
*Ideally, candidates who have worked abroad before (UAE, Saudi, etc) will probably have all these requirements.
When submitting candidates - please make sure they check all the qualifications and have a whats app number for a quick video screening.
PROCESS
Once you submit candidates - Vikki Doss (our international recruitment manager) will do a video call o determine fit and present to the hiring manager
If the client is interested, they will coordinate 2 video calls - first one HR, second department manager
If selected, candidates will be sent questions from the legal department to determine visa approvals
the candidate will be asked to complete an online application
once that is completed, the client will make a formal offer and will start collecting documentation for an H1 visa filing.
Once Visa is approved, the candidate will go to the embassy in India to get a stamp to travel
Candidates can bring a spouse or young child on an H4 visa with them
Candidates will sign a two-year contract with the client and will have to pay back all visa-related expenses if they quit before their contract is completed
H1B visa will be handled by the client and will not cost the candidate any $$'s
The candidate will have to pay for the flight ticket and initial expenses (which will be reimbursed through a relocation amount once they start employment in the USA)
The amount of $10,000 minus federal taxes (they can use it towards their expenses)
