9 Certificate of Good Standing (cgs Must Not Exceed 6 Months from Its Issue Date)

10 Experience Certificate Conformation of Work Experience Must Be from Nursing in Charge of the Institute and Immediate Supervisor (with Nursing /medical Background) Should have Minimum 2 Years of Experience and Bed Capacity of the Hospital
