Nurses should make daily bed side rounds act on patient's complaints & Check the VItals ( Pulse. BP. Spo2 & do the systemic examination) raise lab indents and follow-up Tor lab reports and inform to DMO / treating consultants about lab values, and if values are abnormal then inform them on call, In surgical cases post-operative day, drain, Foley's catheter, Ryle's tube if any should be watched for Drain & intake-output to be mentioned.
Surgical site should be assessed for any bleeding & condition for wound lacking all consents for Procedures, Surgery. LAMA consent should be taken with due Signature name & designation of DMO. Should follow NABH Protocols and also should write case sheets of patients from time to time.

Assessing and planning nursing care requirements

Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures
Adhering to infection control protocols and other hospital policies.
Qualification: BSC/ GNM nursing. Registered Nurse License
