We want to recruit candidates to work in kshetra and home care. And then we are taking following precautions to protect from covid:
idates travelling from outstation will be kept in an isolation room for 7-10 days where food etc will be served in room only.
2. Everyday and Before placement we will check them for any symptoms of Covid and get the blood test.
3. Candidates advised to wear masks and gloves when working with patients at all times
Requirement: GDA/BSPA Candidates who speak Hindi - immediate requirement is 25 Hindi and Telugu speaking female candidates. The ongoing monthly requirement is 20 candidates every month.
Job Description for Bedside Assistance:
• Assisting elderly patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, consumption of food and medication, and toileting assistance including diaper-urine bags, etc
• Meal and medication management of patients.
• Bed making and maintaining the cleanliness of the patient room.
• Light assistance in the kitchen in case patients are cooking and need monitoring - cooking entirely is not permitted as patient diet may be sensitive- only washing/cutting vegetables, etc, if the candidate knows how to only
• Mobility assistance and accompanying patients to clinics/ hospitals and other places as required.
• Ensure the safety of the patient at all times and escalate any anomalies in a health condition or physical/ mental condition to family/ employer and call an ambulance in case of emergency.
• Recording/ monitoring vital signs, if requested by the family/ patient caregiver/ employer.
• BSA's should follow Dress code decided by management
• Candidates should be ready to work with Bedridden patients also.
Must be able to read medicine names, must be trained in Patient care, compulsory possession of aadhaar card and bank account
