Job Description:

Registered nurses provide various services depending on their areas of specialization and their work environment. They provide care for the patients as well as assisting physicians in providing treatment to patients in various medical settings. In general, a registered nurse job description includes monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms or changes in patient's conditions.
