Position: Numatics Machine Operator(LGSF)

Location: Sapla, Rohak, Haryana

Salary- Rs 15,000/- PM to Rs 30,000/- PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Numatics Machine Operator for our Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) production line. The ideal candidate should have experience operating machinery within the LGSF industry, preferably with 2-4 years or more of hands-on experience in a similar environment. Basic computer knowledge is essential for efficient machine operation, data entry, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Numatics machinery effectively to ensure the accurate production of light gauge steel frames.

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to meet production specifications, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.

• Inspect machine performance, troubleshoot any issues, and perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation.

• Maintain accurate production records using basic computer programs and software for data entry and reporting.

• Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times, including the use of proper safety gear and equipment.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production deadlines.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machinery as needed.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any machine malfunctions in collaboration with technical support staff.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years or more of experience as a machine operator, specifically in the LGSF or similar manufacturing industry.

• Skills:

o Ability to operate Numatics machines and related equipment efficiently.

o Basic knowledge of computer systems (data entry, troubleshooting, and using machine-specific software).

o Understanding of safety protocols and maintenance procedures.

• Qualifications:

o High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational certifications are a plus).
