We are seeking a highly capable Developer to join our team and optimise the performance of our web-based application. As a Developer, you will collaborate with our front-end application developers, design back-end components, and integrate data storage and protection solutions. Your expertise will result in the stable, fast, and secure exchange of data between servers and end-users.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain all server-side network components.

Ensure optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.

Collaborate with front-end developers on the integration of elements.

Design customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.

Develop high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.

Implement effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.

Run diagnostic tests, repair defects, and provide technical support.

Document processes, including database schema, and prepare reports.

Recommend and implement improvements to processes and technologies.

Stay informed of advancements in the field of development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

0 to 5 years of experience as a Developer.

Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, web stacks, libraries, and frameworks.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.

Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Great organisational and time management skills.

Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.
