Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with and MongoDB, along with a proven track record of developing robust backend systems for multiple applications and websites. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop backend systems and APIs using and MongoDB

- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to define and implement backend requirements

- Optimize application performance and scalability

- Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices

- Troubleshoot and debug backend issues in production environments

- Mentor the team mates and provide guidance to the developers in the team.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest backend development trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 3+ years of experience as a backend developer, with a strong focus on and MongoDB

- Proven track record of developing backend systems for multiple applications and websites

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

- Proficiency in Git and version control workflows

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

- Experience with other backend technologies such as , GraphQL, or SQL databases

- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as or Angular

- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes

- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities
