Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, including patient privacy and confidentiality laws (., HIPAA).

Manage accreditation and certification processes for the hospital.

Strategic Planning and Development:

Develop and implement strategies for growth, including expansion of services and improvement of care delivery.

Participate in strategic planning to enhance patient care, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
