*Job Description*:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) nurse with expertise in NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) to join our team at a well-established children's hospital in Fatehpur, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in NICU and PICU settings, with a passion for providing exceptional care to critically ill children.

*Qualifications*:

- Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

- Registered Nurse with valid nursing license

- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in NICU and PICU

- Strong knowledge of neonatal and pediatric critical care

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Compassionate, dedicated, and detail-oriented

*Responsibilities*:

- Provide specialized nursing care for neonates and pediatric patients in the NICU and PICU

- Monitor vital signs and detect early signs of complications in critical patients

- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions

- Assist in medical procedures and emergency interventions as needed

- Educate parents and families on patient care and treatment plans

- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in case documentation

- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the highest standards of care are met
