Job Summary
FR Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the Program by organizing the funds through different sources. The effective control of its management of the funds in order to contribute to the delivery of the organizational needs. FR Manager will be conceptualize, plan and implement the organization’s internal and external communications.
Accountabilities
1. Corporate & Individual fundraising
2. Event and campaigns fundraising
3. Planning annual calendar for fundraising and PR
4. Developing goals/strategies to meet given fundraising target
5. Relationship Management with existing donors and stakeholders
6. Building and maintaining long-term fundraising relationships
7. Writing proposals that could attract funds, including applications for grants
8. Budgeting incoming and outgoing funds
9. Working with media outlets to promote, market and advertise forthcoming events
10. Promotion of NGO brand as well as services at both local and national level
11. Communicate the brand message internally and externally
12. Content and design needs for all departments
13. Running digital marketing for the organization
14. Support communication for offline marketing
15. Award applications
16. Design content for and manage:
· Social media (FB, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, WordPress)
· Films/Short Videos/Tutorials/ Pictures
· Website content, Newsletter
· Annual report,
· Design of FR proposals
· Branding – Brochures, Banners, Flyers, Awareness Kits etc
17. Stories/case studies of Beneficiaries
18. Any other communication/collateral as and when needed
Eligibility Criteria
1. Qualification: Above Bachelor’s or equivalent degree required with Digital Marketing. MBA in marketing or sales will be preferred.
2. Experience: 4 Year+ in NGO Sector as FR
3. Working Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & Digital marketing is a must
