Provide direction and leadership to the program heads of the foundation in order to ensure that all its operations makes a meaning full impact on the social sector by working with NGO’s, CBO’s, Government, Academia, Donor community and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with management team to evolve program intervention plans in order to meet foundation goal and ensure the timely implementation of such interventions

Be responsible to execute and manage day to day operations through program heads and managers

Build required external contacts, relationships and networks in order to support program heads to achieve respective program objectives

Work with donor community in order explore possible resource mobilisation for operations

Be accountable to hire, retain and mentor people to ensure effective program delivery

Explore newer opportunities, innovations and experiments in order to enhance productivity and impact of operations

Qualifications

Degree /Masters Degree in any stream

Specialization in any social science, any course in leadership management, NGO Management, CSR

Knowledge

Understanding to people management, Networking, leadership management program implementation strategy, basic research, orientation to Social sector

Exposure to NGOs and It’s operation, experience in working with networks/federation. Exposure to quality control, impact measurements

Experience

Minimum 15+ years of experience at managerial and leadership roles. Experience of managing medium size team with multiple backgrounds. Exposure to work beyond internal teams

Experience in working with Donor organization's, Government or training organization's

Skills in training, coaching and mentoring

Skills

Ability to manage few uncertain situations, cope with new experiments and higher possibilities of failures,

Nurturing partnerships, Negotiations, Fluency in English language, managing
