Job Description

Who are we looking for?

Someone with 0-3 year of demonstrated experience in Network troubleshooting including service and support on networking products such as routers, switches, Wireless devices etc..

Location: Bangalore Only.

Education: , Bca, Diploma, ITI or any Technical background.

Experience: Tire1 experience 0-1 years (Fresher with good Networking knowledge will get advantage)

Tire2 experience 2-4 years.

Technical Skills:

• Fresher with good understanding on networking concept and good communication skills considered.

• 6 months – 4 year experience in Routing, Switching and NOC experience.

• Ability to isolate and solve complex technical/business problems with the ability to interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels, across a geographic region

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

• Passionate about networking, information technology or cloud technologies.

• To recognize the importance of customer focus and/or of serving the needs of the end user;

• Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technically trained;

• Ready to work in rotational shifts in 24x7 operations. .

CTC- For Tire 1 CTC :20-25K per month.

For Tire 2 CTC: 35-40k per month.

Notice Period: 15 Days
