15 years+ hands-on experience in managing networks in an Enterprise environment.

Expert in network topologies and monitoring tools: VLANS, VPN, MPLS, Gateways, routers, Firewalls Cisco ASA and Firepower, Cisco 5K switches.

Extensive experience in configuring network switching, routing, and other devices.

Extensive experience with Cisco products is required.

Good understanding of WAN/LAN/Wireless internetworking including design elements, protocol interoperability, network architecture development, and requirements for testing / proof of concept.

Solid understanding of network protocols and concepts such as OSPF, BGP, STP, IPSEC, etc.

Advanced knowledge of platform operating systems (Cisco router & Switch platforms, Cisco ASA, etc.) and how their interaction with other network devices.

Advanced skills in gathering requirements and designing/implementing/supporting network solutions.

Good understanding of SD-WAN technologies.

Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, Firewalls, UTM and other transport equipment

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations

Providing Level-2 or Level-3 support for infra/customer fault or incidents
