Experience: 2+ years of genuine experience in Networking with a neutral accent.
We are currently seeking a Desktop & Network Support Engineer to join our support team. We are looking for a team player who possesses excellent communication skills and has an outgoing personality. This role involves providing managed IT services remotely to our internal and external clients

As a Desktop & Network Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional support to our clients. You will work closely with our engineering team on tasks such as testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
Key skills required for this role include:
• Desktop Support: Proficiency in resolving desktop-related issues, including hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
• Network Support: Strong knowledge of networking principles and experience in troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Remote IT Services: Ability to provide effectively managed IT services remotely, ensuring client systems are functioning optimally. In-depth understanding of IP Networking (CCNA certification preferred).
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with engineers and sales professionals to deliver comprehensive support to clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact professionally with both internal and external clients.
