Job Description: Senior Networking Specialist

Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid option available, on-site presence required)

Session is building a next-generation decentralized proxy service. We’re seeking a senior-level Networking Specialist with 5–8 years of experience to design, implement, and optimize advanced networking solutions at scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network Design & Implementation: Develop and optimize solutions across all layers of the OSI model.

2. Infrastructure Scalability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and expand Session’s decentralized proxy infrastructure.

3. Performance & Security: Ensure robust performance, reliability, and security for networking systems.

4. Technology Innovation: Explore emerging tech, including potential blockchain integrations.

Qualifications

1. 5–8 Years of Experience in senior networking roles, ideally at companies like Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks, Cloudflare, or Tailscale.

2. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of advanced networking protocols, architectures, and the OSI stack.

3. Blockchain Familiarity (Bonus): Understanding of blockchain’s potential applications in networking.

4. Location & Relocation: Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate; relocation support provided.

5. Hybrid Work Option: Some remote work flexibility may be available.

Compensation

- Monthly Salary: USD $5,000–$8,000, based on experience and expertise.
