Job Description

- Good Network and Security concepts.

- Hands-on experience on Palo-alto, Juniper Firewall and IPSec VPN.

- Good Understanding of Network Security and Hardening policies and procedures.

- Hands on experience on F5, Pulse secure, Radius.

- Understanding on the Linux and Unix scripting.

- Understanding and experience on LDAP and Radius Implementation is preferred.

- Understanding of HA, Business continuity and DR Resiliency.

- Good Understanding on the Change and Incident management.

- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.

- Responsibilities:

- Work in operation team and provide support existing infra.

- Join P1/P2 calls and handle them with efficiently.

- Work with team and handle other operation related issues.

- Work on changes and implement them on security product lines.

- Provide on-call support during non-business hours.

- Prepare monthly/weekly/yearly reports.

- Support operation leads to make sure continuity of the business.
