§ Work experience on core security and network technologies.

§ Hands-on experience with Network Security concepts like, Palo Alto ,Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Sophos, Sonicwall etc.,

§ Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot Firewalls & VPN , Switches/Routers, Proxy.

§ Configure and troubleshoot Layer2 and Layer 3 protocols.

§ Good knowledge on Switching environments including Layer 2/3 switching.

§ Should have knowledge on network intrusion methods and DOS attacks.

§ Should have good understanding on ticket driven process and should be able to handle escalations Must to have network security experience

§ Should have hands on in IPSEC/SSL VPN

§ Should handle Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge Management tickets. Excellent customer communication skills Proven troubleshooting ability Mandatory to work in 24*7 environments.

§ Knowledge on SOC/SIEM (Good to have).

§ CCNA / CCNP / CCSA Certified (Optional)
