Network Security Engineer:

• L2 Support Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in web proxy/secure web gateway and remote Access VPN support.

• Strong knowledge of web proxy and secure web gateway tool - Netskope and Proxy / Remote access tool - Cisco Remote Access (AnyConnect with ASA/Firepower backend)

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web proxy and secure web gateway solutions like unable to access a site, delay in response through proxy if any etc.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VPN connectivity, authentication, and authorization

• Strong understanding of VPN technology and protocols such as IPSec, SSL, and PPTP

• Experience with VPN concentrators, firewalls, and authentication servers

• Experience in Create/modify proxy rules, Installing proxy rules, Configure whitelisting/blacklisting, Daily health checks and event logs analysis

• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues

• Document technical issues and solutions in the knowledge base

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
