FIELD Network Engineer :

idate would be traveling to a customer's place to rectify the faults & Installation in the Network. (From the Customer place to the end of the connection at the customer's place)

Roles & Responsibilities:

me overall responsibility for ensuring % Customer Uptime

re that the notes in the network are maintained as per norms

re support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams

tain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting coordinators on regular intervals

nd customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the customers

ide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ troubleshooting

tor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the events

yze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations if required

% compliance on safety and cardinal rules

onsible for process adherence

ide structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service level.
