12. Monitoring and maintaining network servers, gateways and intrusion detection systems and ensuring high-level security and efficiency resulting in 100% output.

13. Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required

14. Maintaining, configuring, and monitoring virus protection software and email applications.

15. Support & administration of firewall environments in line with IT security policy.
