Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding router configurations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve network-related issues reported by customers and provide timely and effective solutions.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's routers, networking products, and related technologies to effectively address customer inquiries and issues.
Stay updated with product updates, releases, and new features to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Customer Communication:
Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner to gather information, explain solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide clear and detailed instructions to customers for configuring and optimizing router settings.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed documentation including troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to assist both customers and internal teams.
Document and escalate customer-reported issues to the appropriate teams for resolution and future reference.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and sales, to address complex customer issues and provide valuable feedback for product improvements.
Participate in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance overall team performance and expertise.
Training and Education:
Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to enhance their understanding of our products, configurations, and best practices.
Stay informed about industry trends, certifications, and advancements in networking technologies to continuously improve your knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in network support, preferably in a routers manufacturing or service provider company.
Strong understanding of networking .
