Managing the numerous WAN related requests and identifying the scope of work
Based on the scope of work and the location, the request for quote is raised with Respective SPOC
Quote validated with Service Provider and Project groups, before submitting for approval at WAN Order Review Meeting.
Any re-work of quotes completed with Service provider
Once the Quote is approved, a PO number is generated by GCC team and the same is forwarded to Service provider
For decommissions, work with relevant groups to ensure site is disconnected after all works have been completed
