NOC Level 1 & L2 Technician:
Responsibilities:
Monitor network systems and infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance.
Respond to alerts and notifications generated by monitoring tools.
Perform initial troubleshooting of network and system issues.
Document all incidents and escalate unresolved problems to Level 2 technicians.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups and software updates.
Provide technical support to end-users and assist with basic network-related inquiries.
Coordinate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Continuously update knowledge of network technologies and industry trends.
Profile L2
NOC Level 2 (L2) Technician:Responsibilities:Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for escalated network and system yze network performance data and identify areas for lop and implement solutions to enhance network reliability and or and provide guidance to Level 1 icipate in the design and implementation of network infrastructure te and maintain documentation, including network diagrams and standard operating dinate with vendors and service providers to resolve complex technical uct periodic audits and assessments of network st in the evaluation and deployment of new ide on-call support and participate in after-hours maintenance activities as irements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in network administration or technical support -depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, etc.).Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).Experience with network security principles and best ng analytical and problem-solving skills.
