POSITION SUMMARY

Strong hands-on engineer to assist with implementation and support of our network, wireless, and voice infrastructure. Responsible for successful project deployments, exceeding customer expectations, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

POSITION PROFILE

• Install, monitor and maintain Cisco LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure

• Install, monitor and maintain cloud call center infrastructure

• Install, monitor and maintain infrastructure monitoring

• Install, monitor and maintain Microsoft windows server technology

• Participate in corporate wide project teams for implementing IT-based initiatives

• Contributes to completion of milestones associated with specific projects

• Create and maintain proper hardware, software, and network documentation

• Master new information technologies

• Strong problem analysis and resolution and/or troubleshooting skills with complex technical problems

• Able to develop technical solutions independently on a wide variety of difficult problems

• Successfully prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle many tasks independently with minimal supervision

• May be required to perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Degree minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field

• Specific concentration: Enterprise environment using Cisco networking technologies.

• Experience level: 2 - 4 years related experience in Information Systems

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

• Experience with Watchguard Firewalls
