POSITION SUMMARY

Strong hands-on engineer to assist with implementation and support of our network, wireless, and voice infrastructure. Responsible for successful project deployments, exceeding customer expectations, and providing ongoing support and maintenance.

POSITION PROFILE

Install, monitor and maintain Cisco LAN, WAN, and wireless infrastructure

Install, monitor and maintain cloud call center infrastructure

Install, monitor and maintain infrastructure monitoring

Install, monitor and maintain Microsoft windows server technology

Participate in corporate wide project teams for implementing IT-based initiatives

Contributes to completion of milestones associated with specific projects

Create and maintain proper hardware, software, and network documentation

Master new information technologies

Strong problem analysis and resolution and/or troubleshooting skills with complex technical problems

Able to develop technical solutions independently on a wide variety of difficult problems

Successfully prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle many tasks independently with minimal supervision

May be required to perform other duties as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Degree minimum: Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field

Specific concentration: Enterprise environment using Cisco networking technologies.

Experience level: 2 - 4 years related experience in Information Systems

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Experience with Watchguard Firewalls
