Required Skills:
Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco, Aruba and Arista networks administration and understanding of Cisco unified call manager (CUCM) and VOIP technologies.
Strong expertise in configuring and managing Cisco and Arista switches for Campus and Data Center networks, including experience with Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols
Proficiency in Wi-Fi network administration using Cisco and Aruba environment, with a strong understanding and experience in Wi-Fi 6 technology, is a must.
Experience in network cabling installation and maintenance.
Strong understanding of routing protocols (. OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)
Good Knowledge of Palo Alto network security devices.
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN design and implementation.
Closely work with business teams to understand the requirements and provide support as needed and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Awareness of ITIL concept Good Communication learning and documentation skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing tool.
Flexible to work evening/night hours and weekends long term if required.
CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certification is preferred.
