We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Nature Activity Guide to join our team at a high-end resort located in the picturesque destinations of Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani, Maharashtra. As a Nature Activity Guide, you will play a vital role in providing an enriching and memorable experience to our esteemed guests by showcasing the region's diverse flora and fauna, as well as organizing and leading various nature activities. Your expertise in local ecology and wildlife will contribute to our guests' understanding and appreciation of the natural wonders that surround them.

Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction: Meet and greet guests during breakfast & check in time to introduce yourself as the Nature Activity Guide. Engage in friendly and informative conversations to understand their interests and preferences regarding nature activities.

Nature Activity Planning: Collaborate with the resort management and activity coordinators to plan daily nature-based activities, ensuring a variety of experiences that cater to different interests and fitness levels.

Guided Nature Activities: Lead guests on guided excursions to explore the scenic beauty of Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani's surroundings. Activities may include nature walks, birdwatching, trekking, and visits to local points of interest with ecological significance.

Wildlife and Flora Education: Provide insightful and educational explanations about the region's native and migratory bird species, indigenous flora, and other wildlife. Share interesting facts, local folklore, and ecological importance to enhance guests' understanding.
