Job Title:

Assistant General Manager / Sales Department - B2B

Job Summary:

As the Assistant General Manager / Sales Department - B2B your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by

leading and managing the sales team. You will work closely with the Sales Head and other key stakeholders to

develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will

involve a combination of strategic planning, team management, client relationship building, and performance

monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead sales team performance, ensuring alignment with targets.

● Identify new business opportunities and build partnerships.

● Set and monitor sales targets for profitability and growth.

● Negotiate with high-profile clients and lead strategic discussions.

● Mentor Managers, ensuring team development and succession planning.

● Collaborate with top management on sales strategies.

● Conduct market analysis to anticipate trends and opportunities.

● Ensure smooth coordination across departments for strategy execution.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:

➔ Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

➔ Experience:Significant experience in B2B sales,with demonstrated success in a leadership or senior role.

➔ Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools

➔Soft Skills: Leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Upto 1 Lakh Per Month
