Responsibilities:
Developing National Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve short-term and long-term revenue targets.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and motivate regional sales managers, area sales managers, and sales teams to ensure optimal performance and continuous improvement.
Dealer and Distributor Network: Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network nationwide while maintaining relationships with key clients and accounts.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly review sales performance metrics, prepare detailed sales reports, and present quarterly, half-yearly, and annual performance insights to the executive leadership.
Market Insights and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Strategic Channel Development: Identify and develop new sales channels for industrial and portable compressor products, including air ends, to optimize market penetration.
Sales and Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement impactful campaigns that align with sales goals and enhance brand presence.
Customer Relations: Address customer complaints promptly, ensure consistent service excellence, and foster long-term partnerships.
Operational Coordination: Oversee sales operations, pricing strategies, and logistical support, to ensure seamless execution.
Requisite Skills: Strong understanding of compressor engineering principles, power-saving technologies, and industrial equipment.
