Position OPI Associates
Reporting Business Manager - OPI
Role Scope:
This person will ensure selling and professional trainings of OPI products to clients through seminars, events, and salon sessions. Candidate will act as the ambassador for the brand
Major Responsibilities:
• Visiting salon daily as per coverage plan
• Complete Field work
• Read to travel across Tamil Nadu, Andra Pradesh, Telangana
• Delivering sales and training targets
• Conducting in salon workshops for OPI
• Identification and conversion of new accounts / clients into OPI accounts. And maintaining relationships with existing accounts along with distributor
• Assist with BDM enquiries in regard to training and product knowledge
• Deal with technical enquires, customer issues or objection handling
• Share secondary sales and workshop reports on timely basis
• Plan & execute trade initiatives in the territory and salon visuals, beat plans etc.

• Excellent communication skills- verbal & written
• Technical knowledge – basic to advance nails techniques
• Product Knowledge for training and selling

Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of selling / training experience in nail industry.
Education Qualification:
Minimum bachelor’s degree / diploma from any recognized University in India with. MBA freshers also preferred.
