Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Hindustani Music Vocalist who is passionate about music, dedicated to honing their craft, and committed to spreading the beauty of Hindustani music. As a Assistant Professor- Hindustani Music, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Music Education:

o Provide vocal training to students, imparting your knowledge of classical Hindustani music theory, techniques, and tradition.

o Develop and implement engaging and effective music lessons.

o Encourage and mentor students to develop their musical skills and passion.

o Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.

o Foster a deep understanding of raagas, taals, and musical compositions among students.

o Encourage students to develop their own unique style while staying true to the classical tradition.

• Vocal Performance:

o Perform Hindustani classical vocal music at various venues, including concerts, festivals, and cultural events.

o Deliver mesmerizing and soulful renditions that connect with the audience on an emotional level.

• Collaborative Performances:

o Collaborate with other musicians and artists for fusion music projects, promoting cultural diversity and innovation.

• Music Preservation:

o Contribute to the preservation of Hindustani music by participating in archival projects and recording sessions.
