The Multi-Tasking Staff serves as a flexible and reliable support for various office operations and logistical tasks. This dynamic role requires adaptability, resourcefulness, and a willingness to take on a range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Driving:
Safely transport company personnel or goods as needed, adhering to all traffic regulations.
Maintain a clean and well-maintained company vehicle (if applicable).
Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks (oil, fluids, tire pressure, etc.).
Office Assistance:
Provide general office support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and sorting mail.
Assist with filing, photocopying, document organization, and data entry.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Ensure the office environment is clean, tidy, and presentable.
Additional Tasks
Assist with setting up and breaking down for meetings or events.
Provide basic troubleshooting for office equipment (printers, etc.)
Perform light maintenance tasks within the office as needed.
Other duties as assigned, within the scope of the role.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical ability to lift and carry packages or office items.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email).
